1. Lunar New Year Celebration

Description: Looking for an affordable (and by affordable we mean FREE) family event with lots of activities for children? Then check out the Lunar New Year at History Park, hosted by the Chinese Historical & Cultural Project. There will be children's activities (Lucky Red Envelopes, Lion Mask Making & Chinese Games and Puzzles) and performances from 12:30-3:30pm, and tours of the Chinese American Historical Museum at the Ng Shing Gung. Talk about a great way to engage yourself in an exciting cultural experience that's also educational! Here's the schedule for the event:

2. Saratoga Blossom Festival

Description: Vintage cars, art, crafts, live music and more will be part of the Blossom Festival held March 21 from 10-4 PM at the Heritage Orchard and Saratoga Civic Center. This is another FREE event that's open to the public. Activities include a wide range of music, entertainment, a parade of blossom paintings, Saratoga historical characters, artists, local organizations and artisans. And our personal favorite part is that gourmet food trucks will also be part of the fun! Children's activity tables, petting zoo, and more are planned. The Girl Scouts are handing out flowers commemorating the historic festival. First produced in 1900, this historic event ran successfully for 41 years. Come help celebrate this tradition. Produced by the Saratoga Historical Foundation and sponsored by the city of Saratoga.

3. Barrel Tasting Weekend
