There is no better time of the year to be with our closest friends, family and loved ones and enjoy all the holiday season has to offer. Here is a list of our Top 5 Favorite Bay Area Holiday Events. Our kids' personal pick this year is the ice skating rink in Downtown San Jose. They've never been, so we're excited to see how they like it.

Enjoy and happiest holiday wishes, Kevin and Pelin

Lego Exhibit

Annual Holiday Lego Exhibit: Now this one is interesting and would appeal to the younger creative in your family! The Museum of American Heritage in Palo Alto will host their annual BayLUG Holiday Show featuring Lego this year on Fridays-Sundays, December 7th to January 13th. There are trains, an amusement park, Christmas displays and more to be seen! And here’s the bonus: admission is only $3 per person! San Francisco Union Square

Union Square: If you want to head up to the city for some festivities, be sure to check out the ever-so-popular Union Square! There is the Safeway Holiday Ice Rink with the Macy’s Christmas tree overlooking. While you’re skating, you can see the 33,000 twinkling LED lights! The rink is open daily from November 7th, 2018 to January 21st, 2019.
If you’re celebrating Hanukkah, then this is for you! There is a 25-foot-tall mahogany Menorah that was built by the late Bill Graham, the well-known Bay Area concert promoter. A candle is lit each day of the Jewish festival of light. For the kiddos, there are songs, readings, arts and crafts and other various activities for them to enjoy. Courtesy photo from official site.

Dickens Fair

The Great Dickens Christmas Fair: This special event takes place at the San Francisco Cow Palace from November 17th to December 23rd, 2018 from 10AM - 7PM daily. This six week long Christmas extravaganza is a one-of-a-kind event that takes you back to Victorian London.
