Spina Farms - Spina farms is conveniently located between San Jose and Morgan Hill. The pumpkin patch is surrounded by picturesque fields of sunflowers. After perusing the pumpkins, take a break and enjoy a tour on an antique tractor-pulled hayride or grab some food at the snack shack. On the weekends they offer pony rides and have a petting zoo for the kids!

Uesugi Farms Pumpkin Park - Join Uesugi Farms this Saturday for their 27th annual Giant Pumpkin Weigh-Off. Last year the winning pumpkin weighed a whopping 1,937 lbs! If giant pumpkins are not your style, the farm offers many other attractions for all ages. They have a 2-acre corn maze, carousel, two different train rides, a giant pumpkin pyramid, and even a mini pumpkin launcher!

Arata Pumpkin Farm - The Arata Pumpkin Farm is the oldest working pumpkin farm in San Mateo County. They have a multitude of attractions to entertain people of all ages. After you have chosen that perfect pumpkin you can brave the Haunted Barn or navigate through the infamous Minotaur’s Labyrinth Hay Maze. For the kiddos, they have a petting zoo and the hayride.

Lemos Farm - At Lemos Farms you will feel like you’re in the Wild, Wild West! Their signature Choo Choo Train turns into a spooky Ghost Train during the Halloween season (kid friendly). Bring the kids to stroll through the pumpkin patches and ride the ponies around the corral. For the adults, there is a haunted house that claims to “scare the yell out of you!”

Rodoni Farms - Okay, so this pumpkin patch is a little outside of Silicon Valley, but it’s worth the trek over to Santa Cruz. This pumpkin patch is on a hillside that overlooks the ocean. They have little red wagons for you to load up with their many varieties of pumpkins, gourds, and even artichokes! After you’ve picked your pumpkin, take a stroll through their corn maze, but don’t get lost!
